Welcome to WagerIQ. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, membership programs, digital content, sports research, consulting services, and associated communities.
By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

3. No Guaranteed Results

No prediction, selection, or analysis guarantees a successful outcome or financial profit.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Customers acknowledge that sports wagering involves financial risk, including the possibility of losing their entire wagered amount.
All wagering decisions are made independently by the customer. WagerIQ is not responsible for individual wagering decisions or resulting financial losses.
Any advertised performance statistics represent the historical periods and tracking methods disclosed with those statistics.
4. Memberships, Payments & Billing
WagerIQ offers digital membership packages, which may include weekly, monthly, extended-duration, annual, and lifetime access.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout.
Membership pricing, access periods, included services, and applicable promotional offers are disclosed at purchase.
Certain memberships may involve recurring billing. Where applicable, the billing frequency, renewal price, and cancellation method will be disclosed before payment.
Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled in accordance with the billing terms accepted at checkout.
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
5. Refund Policy
Because WagerIQ provides digital information, research, and membership access, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where required by applicable law or where an express written refund guarantee applies.
If a promotional offer includes a money-back or performance-based guarantee, the conditions, eligibility requirements, evaluation period, and refund process disclosed with that offer will apply.
Purchasing a membership does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund based on individual wagering outcomes.

Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights or applicable written guarantees.
6. Membership Access & Cancellation
Membership access is provided for the duration selected during checkout.
Customers purchasing recurring subscriptions may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method provided at checkout, within their account, or by contacting customer support.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically entitle customers to refunds for previously purchased access periods, except as required by law or an applicable guarantee.
Lifetime memberships provide access for the operational lifetime of the purchased WagerIQ service rather than the lifetime of the individual customer. Any material limitations on lifetime access will be disclosed at purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud, unauthorized sharing, payment abuse, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All WagerIQ content, including research, written analysis, predictions, algorithms, graphics, branding, and member-only materials, is owned by or licensed to WagerIQ.
Customers receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access purchased content.
Unauthorized redistribution, resale, copying, commercial distribution, or sharing of private membership content is prohibited without written permission.
8. Third-Party Platforms
WagerIQ may deliver services through third-party platforms, including Telegram, membership platforms, and payment providers.
These platforms operate independently and may have their own terms, policies, and service limitations.
WagerIQ does not control the availability, technical operations, or decisions of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WagerIQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
This includes financial losses resulting from independently placed wagers, subject to applicable legal limitations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts statutory consumer protections.
10. Privacy & Customer Information
Customer information may be collected and processed for account administration, payment processing, membership delivery, customer support, and other legitimate business purposes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our published Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Payment processing may be handled by independent third-party providers.
11. Changes to Services or Terms
WagerIQ may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or service-related changes.
Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Changes will not retroactively override express guarantees or contractual rights already granted to customers.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the state in which the operating company is legally organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
